Dessert -Peanut Buttery Chocolaty Cups
Love Paula Deen's recipes and this is one I found in a magazine. It looks good for a Christmas treat.
PEANUT BUTTERY CHOCOLATY CUPS
This makes about 10 dozen
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 pound chocolate almond bark, melted and divided
In a medium bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, cracker crumbs, and sugar, stirring well. Spoon 1 teaspoon melted chocolate into bottom of a miniature-sized paper baking liner. Let cool. Press 1 teaspoon peanut butter mixture over chocolate, pressing to edges of liner. Spoon melted chocolate over peanut butter to cover. Let cool. Repeat procedure with remaining chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
