This is an old recipe that I found.
2 cups pecan halves
2 egg whites
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Brown sugar and vanilla.
Fold in nuts and coat them well in the mixture
Drop each coated nut separately onto baking sheet that has been slightly greased
Bake 30 minutes at 250 degrees F.
