Dessert-Shoneys' Strawberry Pie

This is a strawberry pie for those that like strawberries.

SHONEYS' STRAWBERRY PIE

1 cup sugar

1 small 7 Up drink

3 tablespoons cornstarch

Cook until thick and stir

Add 2 drops red food color

Add 1 pint strawberries cut in half

Put in Cooked pie shell

Put whip cream on top
