Featured cooks/chefs on the cooking network

I find myself glued to the television when Paula Deen is on. Do you? She is one of my favorites to watch. Maybe it is because she is so southern. My mouth begins to water and I grab a pen and paper to jot down her recipes. I would love to have your comments about your favorites on the cooking channel. Hmmmmm, what should I cook today?
