Muffin -Sour Cream

This muffin is great to serve with chicken salad. I slip around and even eat them as a snack. Shame on me! Give them a try and hope you enjoy.

SOUR CREAM MUFFINS
2 cups self rising flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 pint sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients and spoon into small ungreased muffin tins
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes

I find this one a strange - only the three ingredients?? Have you actually done this, and how did the muffins turn our. From the muffin man on HomeCooking.
