Dessert -Neiman Marcus Cake

My aunt gave me this recipe so many years ago. I haven't made it in a very long time. I wonder why they named it Neiman Marcus Cake.

NEIMAN MARCUS CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix

1 egg

1 stick oleo melted

1 cup pecans

Mix above together and put in a 9x13 pan

1 8 oz cream cheese softened

3 eggs

1 box powdered sugar

1teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon butter flavoring

Mix together and pour over first mixture

Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees
