Appetizer-Cheese Ball

Just in time for tonight or tomorrow. I found this recipe that a friend shared with me years ago.
CHEESE BALL
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. pkg. cream cheese
1 Jalapeno(chopped fine) medium hot (optional)
6 olives with pimentos (chopped fine)
1 t. Lee & Perrin
salt to taste
1 c. pecans (chopped fine to roll ball in)
Make 1 large ball or 2 medium balls.
You can divide mixture for 2 balls. Put Jalapeno in 1 ball. Make other ball plain. Store in refrigerator or you can freeze. This is a favorite to some.
