PICO DE GALLO
Makes about 2 & 1/4 cups
3 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup chopped green onion
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 Tbs. minced fresh cilantro
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Cover & refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours before serving.
