LAYERED NACHO DIP
1-16 oz. can refried beans
1/2 pkg. (1.25 oz.) Taco seasoning mix
1 carton (6to 8 oz.) avocado dip
1-8 oz. carton sour cream
1-4.5 oz can ripe olives, drained and sliced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 & 1/2 cups (6 oz.) grated Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
Combine beans and seasonings mix. Spread bean mixture evenly in large, flat, rectangular dish (12x8x2"). Layer remaining ingredients in order listed. Serve with large corn chips.
